Software doesn’t work, downloaded file is 17 GB (huge footprint on a home PC). Individual Software Support is a joke – no help, no response at all when I asked for a refund.
Don’t waste your money on this product like I did!!!

Feature list sounds great, but after doing some design and then picking real products and copying them to ‘my list’ they don’t appear in design view so you can’t drop them in the design. Also tried to put a fireplace on a wall and it repeatedly said that the fireplace must be placed on a wall. Never could get this to work. Called the tech support number and they said to provide free tech support, they require customers to go to the website and submit a help request. Submitted a request and haven’t heard anything back. While my expectations for $30 weren’t very high, I at least expected the software to do what it said. They have a satisfaction guarantee which is spelled out on the bottom flap of the box …’If for any reason within 30 days of purchase they can not ensure that the software will work on your system, they will gladly replace the software, exchange it for another product, or refund your money” … good luck getting them to refund your money.

If it only worked properly it would be a really nice program. I too tried it on XP and Vista. The problem according to Tech Support is the NVIDIA card. They sent me some hotfixes but they didn’t fix the problem. When I called back they said there was nothing else they could do and told me to check NVIDIA’s website. That didn’t help either. There’s really no point in working with this program when your design can’t be viewed in the 3D modes. A real disappointment!

I purchased this product for my father, as he’s starting a small business and wanted a program that would help him plan landscapes, decks, rock walls and patios. This program promised all of that, and promised it would be easy for someone to use right away. It’s all false. This program is a very poorly written piece of software. No sooner had I installed it and ran it for the first time, the textures were askew. The 3D layout was non-existent, and the floor plans looked like a child’s coloring book when used properly.
The only redeeming part of this software is it’s flora database. Unfortunately, that kept crashing on me every time I would look something up. I tried this program on both Vista and XP, and on both the software failed miserably. Do not buy this unless you’re looking for a paperweight or a couple of expensive coasters. It was a total waste of money.

This is the worst software you’ll never buy! Of course some people like being waterboarded so they may enjoy working with this program. The tech support is none existant I’ve emailed them several times. I finally returned this gem for a refund and am buying something that works!
